Student teachers often receive feedback that is accurate but hard to act on: be more confident, improve classroom management, increase engagement, tighten pacing, or ask better questions. Those phrases can point in the right direction without telling you what to do differently in the next lesson.
The Feedback-to-Action Converter helps you translate a broad comment into an observable teaching move. Choose the area that best matches the feedback, add the actual comment and classroom context, and the tool builds a small practice target plus a question you can take back to your cooperating teacher.
Keep the next step observable
A useful target describes something you can actually see or hear: give directions in three numbered steps, wait for full attention, build in a check for understanding, use a planned transition cue, or increase the number of students who respond. That makes it easier for you to practice and easier for a mentor to collect evidence.
